Our products (mostly wheelchairs) are required to have a unique serial number sticker on them. With this website our customers can request a new sticker directly from us.
There is a form on the front page that a user can fill in. This goes out to the correct department within the company. I've also created a dashboard page so our Customer Service can have a look at the current open requests when a customer informs about the status of a request. This relies heavily on the Formidable Forms plugin (which I love!).
