Health & Fitness Update

This is a small update on my plan to work on my health more this year. So far… I’m behind schedule to reach 85 kg, but I’m trying to be better.

I’ve bought a couple of weights, 2 x 3 kg and 2 x 5 kg, and I have been doing some weight training 2 times a week, but from now on I’m upping the frequency to at least 3 times a week.

Yesterday I ran 3k. Which is absolutely not something I thought about doing. I mainly wanted to try it because the weather is so bad here for cycling, and I wanted to do some cardio. It does not went well, but hey, I did something!

I’m at 95 kg now, so there is some weight loss, but I have not been going at it. From now on I’m trying to go for it!
